We are re-configuring our prices and marketing for the 07 year. So, I decided to get the opinions of the past clients. So far the responses are positive, except for the 1 negative about my "not discounting" on a Sunday. Here is the following email I sent to them..


Good morning AMS friend and client;

We here at AMS Entertainment are asking you to participate in a brief poll / questionnaire. This will be used to determine future services, marketing and pricing and we would LOVE your input...

1) How did you hear about AMS?

2) "Do you think our services are appropriately priced?"

3) "Did our services meet your expectations?"

4) If we would've offered Video services, ie: Video montages, slide show, or Music Video's, do you think you would've been interested?

Any other comments, questions, are appreciated and would be helpful for future reference.

This was our first poll, questionnaire..I've learned some things, and keeping all of them for future reference.

I would suggest you doing this too...

Cool Tim, Great suggestion. Currently I only send a Thank you card for booking. I have considered adding this feature. There is always room to improve.
