As ThatMusicGuy (Steve mentioned above), if you look at Cam's playlists, and listen to what he posts about his gigs -- I can see it not working in many scenarios for him.

Like any piece of gear, it has places where it shines, and places where it does not.

I think it's great, that he has a number of different setups he can utilize, at different events, depending on the circumstances

As others have said, they are plenty plenty loud enough for the type of events i do(mostly weddings) But everyone is different.

wedding a few weeks ago, 255 guests. plenty loud enough. 1 tower, 2 subs. Never went over 50%....dance floor packed...people loved it.

that was using the Bose T1 audio engine as the sound card for my computer, which makes a huge difference.

Sometimes that works for somethings (I hear) if you pet it right it gets real big! But I don't think that is ever gonna work for a speaker!
