Mackie or Loud Technogies just purchased Ampeg and Crate. They are restructuring their customer support into regional service centers. It takes a long time on hold to get though to tech support I have waited 40 mins on hold Monday night. I have heard things will be smoothing out 1st of the year when phone support is divided to 4 regional centers.
