Looking for preliminary feedback...

The site is far from complete, basically I'm just looking for feedback on the basic design (layout, colors, etc).

None of the pages have text yet, except for basic stuff acting as a placeholder. The Home page will have a different photo. The party store link will eventually open in a new window. The Weddings and Bubble Party pages will refer visitors to my other websites. The Music page will probably feature a library search. Yes, the Contact Us page is missing. I will probably move the links a bit closer together. I haven't decided yet on the screened graphic that will go next to the links on the Parties page (like the other pages). There is a lot of crap in the code (I started with some code from a previous site I built and am working it backwards to build this site). Yes, there is no contact information yet (see comment about text). This is all the stuff I already know, like I said just looking for thoughts about the basic direction I am going in. I originally used a brighter pink, similar to the logo, but backed it down. I am thinking of bringing it back.

The point of the whole thing is to diversify (and fill some free time with gigs) without sacrificing or diluting my two established brands.

The text is just a place holder. I still need to make the MakesParties link open in a new window. And I may have to downsize the background images to increase load time.

The second version there is very nice. The only thing I personally can't stomach, is DJ sites with party stores attached. It cheapens your fine image.

Yea, I kinda agree. I put it there just for chits and giggles really, and to see if anybody really uses it. The site is not live yet, so I can always change my mind (hell, I can change my mind once it's live as well...the beauty of managing your own sites).

I just added the form to the Contact Us page. Thanks Rob for the help with the Gigbuilder code, but it was still frustrating to get it to fit, so I wrote my own form code. Still have to code what happens after you submit, so don't bother trying to spam me, the script is disabled for now.
