I did these four today:

Fun Oldies Music! | LOW IMPACT EXERCISES for SENIORS and BEGINNERS | Walk at Home - over 2,900 steps.

25 Minute Walking Workout | Walk at Home | No talking, just music: Over 2,600 steps.

LOW IMPACT Walk at Home Exercises for Seniors and Beginners | No talking, just music!: Over 2,300 steps.

20-Minute Walk at Home Workout | LOW-IMPACT EXERCISES | No talking!: Over 2,100 steps.

That comes to over 9,900 steps in just over an hour and a half. If you add in the additional steps you take in a day just getting from point A to point B then you will do over 10,000 a day easily. Right now I am at 11,690.

The best thing you can do is take care of you.
