A MOG wants to use this song for the Mother-Son dance. While I remember the song from my younger daze (ahh, the partial memories :sqconfused, I listened to it again while unloading from last night's wedding and all I heard were references to houses of prostitution, gambling, breaking the law, and going to jail.
I've known both the MOG and the FOG since before the groom was a tadpole, and they are none of the above. He is a retired Fireman.
I'm going to ask if there was a special reason for wanting this particular song, and will remind her of the song content & suggest something more traditional and law-abiding.
