Holy Crap, I Worked With This Guy!!!!

Very sad, I have seen several acquaintances from bars that I have worked in that have been in similar circumstances.
The worst I can think of was this guy that was always so nice and quiet. He cut up his best friend with a machetee. I had a hard time with that one for a while. You never know.

I know this guy real good... he is my brother.. It is scary hearing the video clip of him telling the clerk she is dead many times.
He went on to rob a gas station a block north that apparently he robbed twice before.
cops combed the area, found him at home a few blocks away, he looked like he had a gun, they shot him in the leg, hip, and stomach. He is critical in the hospital right now.
They did not find a gun or money but found a crack pipe.
He does not want to talk to anyone and is suicidal.. he will be going away for a long time. he says he is Innocent but when I look at the videos over and over again.. It is clear to me it is him form the first second.
What a shame... He deserves prison. I do not take this too lightly... He has no right to threaten anyone with their lives like this. Even though he is my brother I hope he gets help and max sentence. I am sorry to say this but he needs to grow up. Like my dad says.. get on with the living, or get on with the dying'.
I do not want him to die.. I hope he decides to live.

a friend of my dad's, who also worked for him, used to hang out with my parents all of the time. My mom and his wife were friends. Then the guy started getting weird, getting in fights at work. Totally not like him. Then started hitting his wife. My dad had to fire him and his wife divorced him. then he would sit outside his ex-wife's house for hours a day. She was scared out of her mind. The police at the time said they couldn't do anything until he broke the law( i guess they didn't have any stalking laws back then).
He ended up killing her then himself.

Juan so sorry to hear this my friend. Sometimes no matter what example we might give or all the prayers in the world can keep sin from prevailing in this sewer. Glad I have a friend like you and the rest here to help get through tough times. I will add him in my prayers.

I truly hope your brother gets the help that he needs. Crack is some wicked stuff, and people will do anything for that next hit.
I pray that this will be the turning point in his life, and that he will be able to turn things around for the better.

Thanks guys. thanks JTV for the call last night. I was gigging and could not answer...
He is really feeling the pain now. He was always a very charismatic guy with everything going for him. He was good looking and had lots of friends. Now he is unrecognizable and has burned everyone. In a very short time. He is in the hospital under lock down. Still has internal bleeding. I know he will go to jail for a while. The police shot hi 3 times. they tore up the house with an axe to dig him out of the crawl space. he really messed up now. He does not want to live. I think he wanted the cops to kill him.
He needs to be in jail and needs to think about what has been going on. I hope he has the will to live and I also pray he gets help. I want to write a letter to someone telling them that he needs help and not just locked up. I believe he needs to pay for the crime. No one deserves to be robbed and threatened with their lives. He told the one clerk "YOU'RE DEAD" 4 times.

Hopefully, your brother's time "inside" will allow him to get the help he needs along with paying for his crime. A jail sentence doesn't have to be the end. Sometimes it can be a new beginning... Our prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
