Help with VDJ and Hercules RMX Controller

Ok, so I have my virtual dj pro running on my toshiba with my Hercules RMX controller. I got a new Dell Laptop. Installed my VDJ on that pc, everythings good, then I installed my RMX Controller, that installed ifne. BUT when I run Virtual Dj, and choose the external controller interface, I get nothing, no blue lights nothing. NOt sure if I need to adjust or fix something. Can someone help please?
 
1) Do you have the Hercules drivers installed on your Dell?

2) Which version of VDJ Pro are you using?
 
The RMX is only recognized in Virtual D.J. in releases 5.07 and above. 4.0 won't support it. If you're a licenced user, upgrade your software - it's free. If you're not, you should still be able to use your RMX, via the LE version of VDJ's software that comes with the Hercules RMX. Register the LE version, and you can upgrade to the Pro version of VDJ at a full 50% discount, if you're not a licenced user already.
 
yea the RMX only works with newer versions of VDJ

upgrade and look at the download section on their homepage

you can prolly find a better mapper for the RMX to download
soo it syncs and functions better
its not neccessary tho just an idea
