Great shots. They just need some post-production work. Too dark and needs color correcting. That's where the real talent comes in, imo. You've got the shots. Now let's see what you can do with them. :)

If you've got a few pics you want to send me, I'll let you see what my daughter and/or wife can do with them. they both excel at post-production work.

Thanks. As you can see, I did minimal editing. Just some cropping and touched exposure and saturation on just a few and added vignetting on a handful. Wanted to get them online quickly. On this gig I only used 1 flash that was on board the camera. We've been setting up with 2, 565 speedlites fired by radio with a Canon ex430 on board the camera. The first "for real" photo gig is December so we've got between now and then to keep practicing and honing it. Thanks for the input.

I agree with Wes .. subject matter is good, shots are good, but color correction, some fill light correction and some "pop" (specular highlighting) needed.

I'll make another run at, or rather try to get the wife to make a run at it, and post an update. Thanks guys.

I agree, content is much improved, focus varies a lot (better than previous batches, but not spot on yet), exposure and cropping need some work. There were a couple shots I'd cull...like the gal with the deer-in-headlights look and a glass in her cleavage....but overall not bad. Skin tones on some of the couples shots is pretty good. Wider shots you need to change your settings. Big improvement.

Am I the only one that saw there was a wedding at the Loveless Barn? Shouldn't it have been the FullOfLove Barn?

;)

I concur that images look better.
