Feedback needed on my new website

It doesn't say anything about Kansas City or where you're at. I would think that you would want that stated clearly and what areas you serve on your main page.
Many things are a matter of personal preference so take this with a grain of salt. I not feeling the little guy in the blue suit. Maybe it's just me. Some folks might think it's cute.
I'm in the process of creating a website myself. I'm nowhere near as far as you, acutally all I have is a few ideas at this point. Good luck.

It seems to me like it is off center. I think I would loose the sidebar links/ads and place the links on the top and the ads on the bottom of the page.
I would add a photo/video page also
