Looks like you could torch a wide swath with that dude. 18, 3-watt LEDs would probably put out much too much light, at least for most of the venues I do. If you take the approach of wanting to just cover wallspace in color then this would be just the ticket. However, at least from my experience, a big part of the allure is not just mass-painting wall space. A lot of the visual appeal is having that sexy "V" going up the wall, paired with the non-colored space in the gaps. You'd also have to contend with the brides who would look at your quote for say, 6-10 of these, then look at my quote with 20+ fixtures and I guarantee that in that scenario I'll get the contract 90% of the time. Brides don't understand "more powerful" or "wider coverage" on fixtures. All they get is the number of units.

How so? The Head Table is usually behind the Bridal Party. Many times that area is darkened and this would give it a great lighted Background.

DOH! I mis-read it as "DJ Table". Like I said in another post, I'm sleep deprived today. ;)
