I picked one of these up after Steve recommended it in another post. It arrived today. I am pleased so far and will be getting another.
It cost less than the Bose L1 compact and has a little thump thanks to the sub. I played a couple of tunes direct from my NS6 and it sounded great for its size.
Will try it outdoors tomorrow and see how it handles.
I don't like that it did not come with the pole to mount the speakers above the sub as in the pic. There is an accessory pack you can buy for about $120 that has the poles and cables. Not worth it in my opinion. I just made a pole from a busted up mic stand I had around and it works just as well.
For the money (assuming it holds up) this is a great buy.
