What I do want to make it even better--

There is a company, well one specifically that makes affordable, but high-quality molded plastic cable covers instead of using mats like I did for the power running through tables. Let me know if you know of any.

For the L1 to L1 signal, I hid under the edge of the dancefloor., but knowing that I could go wireless is amazing with the new Yeti/Shure Wireless setup.
They make them, but they're probably too bulky for your needs. There's many mfgs .. here's one: Cable Ramps & Protectors | Discount Ramps

Markertek is a big seller as well: Cable Protectors | Markertek

When I did live work, I made a few out of 2x6 lumber .. angles on the top edges to drive over and channels dadoed in the bottom for cables.

Those are too light duty. Won't work in the situation like the pic I posted. It would have to be drop over style.

Depends .. it's what is used in offices to protect cables running across walking areas, so if the ground below is smooth, they will work in your situation .. if the ground is rough (stone, asphalt), they won't.

Here was tonight's setup.....

The beautiful DJ in her 80's glory for the Back to the 80's event,,, (and, she is my daughter....and engaged, just sayin')

Setup from behind the dancefloor (seats were there for the senior video played above us, removed before dancing started.)
From the "crowd" looking in as she was testing audio. Lighting computer wasn't even setup yet.2018-05-12 14.50.08.jpg

From the board after lighting computer was setup and testing everthing. before the lighting cords were tied down with bungee balls.....

For behind the booth I'll have to locate a pic somehow as I usually don't take those pics as its nothing special, just an sz, a video mixer, and between 3-5 laptops.
Very nice, clean setup, very nice facade and I like the movers on totems look. Are those RCF NXL24A's and RCF subs? What sub model are those?
BTW... you straight up look like Rob Gronkowski.

Dude... you've got a pretty great rig. I bet you could add a second sub and it would really fill out your sound (and also allow you to get rid of a set of tripods).

I'm personally not a fan of the tripod scrims, but I get why you're using them. Generally, very nice work!

Hi guys, new to the forum, but I've been DJing for a while. If any of you are in the Los Angeles area and would be interested in networking, let me know. I'm in the Valencia area.

The first three are from back in 1992! The rest are from the past few years. My son wanted to get into DJing, but now he's off at college and I'm still doing it.
