Anybody had an opportunity to hear the new Peavey RBN line?
Not sure if I like the blue led in the tweeter. I don't know if you have the ability to turn it off.
Even with neo magnets and a plastic cabinet the 12" is 39lbs and the 10" is 37lbs so definitely not a lightweight top.

I stumbled upon them while searching for other ribbon tweeter units after looking at the BassBoss offerings.
Initial reviews seem pretty good.

I saw them at the DJ Expo but they weren't playing when I was there. Looked cool and there is a "Horn LED On/Off" setting in the menu.

BTW, the older Peavey Impulse speakers sounded fine when I heard them .. not sure if they have changed the ribbon design. The newer RBN speakers "look" much better IMO.

The Peavey guy in the video was certainly passionate about his product... and a pretty good salesman. Almost made me wanna go out and buy some RBN speakers.[emoji1]... But NOooooo!... Not buying any more speakers for a LONG time.[emoji1]
