MIDI-to-DMX for Drum Machine and Keyboard
Hi, I started developing a product and wanted to see how much interest there is, whether I should go further with it, and if so what direction. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Here are a few videos of programs that I wrote for some DIY hardware:

Color changes. (A friend played drum machine, that's not me.)

Note colors for MIDI files or keyboard.

Translating lights for drum machine.

Note positions for MIDI files or keyboard.
Basically, I wrote code for fade-offs, color changes, and color mixing which seem to be uncommon in MIDI-to-DMX products and DIY. There's also a very brief fade-up on the MIDI file videos which is easier to see in real life.
Is this something that interests you, or do you feel like it's already been done enough with other products, or would you rather use other lighting techniques instead? Also wondering how many DJ's are using MIDI.
Thanks for taking a look.
