I know it's not PA related but are Klipsch Forte III speakers any good? I know there expensive.

I haven`t heard that particular model but I can say I`ve never heard a bad Klipsch speaker

Now days most home speakers are all tower speakers. I like these because they are so retro looking.

Klipsch speakers are a remarkable speaker. Back in the 90's they made professional audio DJ speakers...EXPENSIVE! but the sound was fantastic. I'd say you can't go wrong with this brand. I have a satellite pair of Klipsch that I use with my laptop that has a subwoofer. Great sound!

While in college, when I purchased my Heresy's in the mid 80's, the Forte was just released and, despite being WAY out of my budget was a speaker I craved only slightly less than I how I lusted after the LaScalas.

My Mom would have kicked me out had I tried to cram a pair of La Scalas into my room...but Oh boy did I want them!

I still own and use my Klipsch Heresys to this day!
