It's been going on here for years actually, but moreso at mitzvahs, not as much at sweet 16s... takes too long and the older teenagers want to be back on the dancefloor and don't have the patience for it. If it's a group that you know doesn't dance and needs the distractions, thats perhaps different.

Pretty cool... A lot like a Smart Board. I could see it being used at some of the events I’ve done. Not gonna add it to my arsenal though.... Too much stuff to setup already.

That's what I was thinking as well. Looks like it consumes a lot of time for a single sitting and probably requires an operator to take the pics and give instructions. It is a bit unique though and finding something different is what the mitzvahs live for. You're the expert on the sweet16s. It did strike me as expensive though. The $8k still requires purchase of a laptop, DSLR, etc. so looks like you'd have $10k-$12k by the time all is said and done.

The cost is higher than your typical booth, but the selling price is significantly higher than that of a typical photobooth as well, so if you have the right clientele you get your money back easily. You’ll definitely need an attendant or two depending on how hectic and large the event is.

I was going to post this the other day and forgot...It's really cool but you would really need the right clientele to recoup your investment
