What you described is you weren't outside. The things you did you did them inside. Getting to and from the venue in cold weather is what you do if you agree to do the event. Being outside doing an event is another thing.

I don't have a website and I said doing events indoors not outside.

For me I wouldn't do an event outside if it's freezing outside. For me it's not worth risking me getting sick and I can find events to do that are inside a building.

My suggestion is don't do events outside when the temperature goes below a certain degree.
