There was another thread where we posted great music from TV commercials. But this thread is not about that. There are a number of commercials that have used great songs and actually ruined the song for me. Here's the latest...

I always thought this would make a great Preperation H commercial ;)

 
The worst I ever saw was Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It"...
in a TV spot for feminine products.
I never liked the song all that much....but it still ruined it.


Or, using "Werewolves of London" in an ad for Raisin Brand Crunch.
They only used the music, but I still don't get the connection.

Obama didn't do it for money, he did it because he loved the song.
No different than Karaoke Night.

Yes... but regardless his motivation, he ruined the song for me.[emoji1] Using it in a commercial couldn't make it more ruined.[emoji1]
