Well I have not been around.....

I have no interest in going back over past history, I am beyond that, I had some good times here at one time. I am retiring at the end of the year as a DJ, my Macular Degeneration has caught up with me. In reality this year, all my gigs were "free", and I had more fun, and it meant a lot...

    DJs vs. Brides

I can readily see Ben's point and agree.....Quality in any "Widget"....will be preferred to the alternative..... The tool used to discriminate/differentiate, between the two is....... "Price" The DJ doing one gig a year....would invest "$0" dollars. The DJ doing 150 events a year would...

    DJs vs. Brides

I tend to agree...I think...?? The point I thought was interesting had to do with the relative difference between the two figures. Can you draw a correlation to each parties expected outcome? I can't answer that based on the info supplied....however not ever having been a bride.....I can...

    DJs vs. Brides

Its interesting to see the Accounting/Quality of equipment why to's and where for discussions, as it relates to Profit. The one point Ben stated in his original premise was at an average of 35 gigs a year, his discussion then followed. The point being a new DJ starting out will probably not...

Well I have not been on much lately.........I have been spending 10 - 14 hours a day playing with the "Adobe Audition"...3.0 What a program. As some of you know I have an extensive library of older music, and some (most) I will not play because of the Pop, Crackles, Hiss...You name it; but...
