This was my first setup I played on when I came back. The speakers that were not in the picture were Peavey SP-2G speakers and the amp that I still have today was QSC 2450, Numark CDN 88 and mixer. Corded mic.
Let me say this. My past experience had me not buying some cheap garage I was going to quickly get rid of. My partner thought I was going to buy some of the garage they sell in Downtown Newark. When he saw what I bought he told me later on it blew his mind.

Here are a couple pics of BTS of our setup in 1995. The company I worked for was doing music video dance parties. We brought in 8x12 projection screens and had music videos on VHS tapes. And yes , that DJ is smoking.

Right .. you didn't get rid of it quickly. You just put stuff in a damp basement area and let it decompose .. :)

Ahhh the good old days you didn't put that setup in a Honda Civic :)

I worked a bar in the late 80's that had almost that exact same setup. For sound we had 4 Bose 802 on the corners of the dance floor and 10 more throughout the building ran on Carver amps

The sound system for this was hand made. It was square wooden boxes each with 4 front facing Eminience 15s. Had 2 boxes on each side.
