I doubt that, but just in case, are there any available boxes in your "neighborhood", Mr. Rogers.
Trust me you becoming a comedian your wife will leave you because you can't pay the bills and thus homelessness.

My point is he's very irritating. He rarely post anything positive or good on here. He's like the bug you want to kill because it annoys you. What happened to coming on here and having something good and positive to say. I believe he's a guy who is very unhappy and loves to complain a lot. Knock it off!!!!!!!!!! If he doesn't have a lot of good days most of the time, then stay off of here being an irritant and stay to yourself.

Don't know if clients know enough to know the difference...a dj is a dj to most folks until we educate them.

Now if they google DJ and get your website it may be obvious you are a wedding or club dj....or maybe not, or you're trying to appeal to a wider 'mobile' audience...I do weddings, parties of various kinds, reunions, school dances. Iv'e done car cruises too...not something I market though, same as bars - i'll do it but it's not my 'niche'.

So is the birthday for a 13 year old or 50 year old?

I got an inquiry for a wedding with a theme of 'movie music' - anyone specialize in that? LOL

If you were a client looking to hire someone right now for a birthday party, would you hire someone who can cater to any and all music .. or someone that has a niche for classic house music?

Depends on your market...there are all kinds of specialists out there. IF you can get a wide enough market...a town of 3500 in kansas, no, but NYC? Could very well be enough of a market there.

All true .. but there are enough BMW vehicles (gawd I miss my 535) to specialize .. Is there enough 60+ year old Deep/Classic House fans with spendable money to focus on ?

Really? You don't think a client can tell if you're not familiar with music other than house music? You don't think the parents of a 13 year old can tell if you know the music a 13 year old listens to? You don't think a client can tell if you know the music for a 50 year old?

I'm certain there is someone somewhere that does specialize in movie music. If this is what they specialize in .. and nothing else, do you think they are constantly booked? Why or why not?
