I just came back from KPODJ and bought 2 bags for Yamaha DSR 115' tops. I got both for $140 and they cover the entire speaker. They also have a separate compartment to put wires in. I will post pictures when I get time. Right now I don't feel well. I was asked to play today but I'm in no condition to play today. I feel like I want to vomit but I haven't yet. The bags are Stage bags. They are very nice. I will see what my partner says about them.

Just be careful with them ... On-stage doesn't generally make high quality stuff.

I hope that they fit. Aren’t your dsr115’s thicker than the originals since you had them upholstered?

Hope you feel better. What kind of gig were you suppose to do today?

I won't make another thread. I just bought a Chauvet light stand so the lights aren't sitting on the floor. I bought it because it was made by Chauvet and it was almost $40. If I like it I will buy another one.

inviting you to play at their gypsy yard sale/take advantage of seniors on fixed incomes/shell game.... insinuates that they somehow have a set up for you to plug in and play on.... what you are actually describing is them taking advantage of YOU as well (also a senior) by having you set up YOUR equipment and allow you to play a short set while your "partner" plays the lions share of music on YOUR equipment... while this girlfriend sells her wares to senior citizens

No idiot it's me playing all the music for them and nobody takes advantage of me. I just love to be able to make their day. I don't need them to supply me with any gear as you suggested. I have what it takes. Sorry all but the gloves are off on this one.

I love playing for the seniors because it gives me a chance to play a lot of music I normally don't get to play at an event that I'm the DJ. This is real music when artists had talent. Not like the goobers of today. I don't get to play stuff like this very often. So when I do it's a refreshing break.

lol...trust me...no one here believes you need your partner to supply you with the gear... he's been riding that gravy train for years...and him and his girlfriend are walking away with 66 percent of every paying gig... rare as they may be...

The other thing I bought which was needed for the tablet is a 128 g micro SD card. Only loaded one file and that took up almost all the space on the tablet. My plan is to bring it tonight and take pictures and video with it. Along with my camera to do both as well. Helping out a friend who is doing a big event tonight. Got to get ready for a meeting to find out if I'm going to be the DJ doing an event on 11-30-19. And for your information Chris if I get the job it will be me as the DJ.

One bad thing about doing this event is if I do the event and the elevator isn't working that means getting the gear up the stairs to the second floor and that means getting one of the 801p subs up the stairs. Wish we didn't have to use a sub but the room is too big to not use at least one sub. Ugh! That's the one thing I hate about doing events in this venue.
