You didn't watch the debates the past two nights? Definately could cause that!
No .. Useless at this point for me .. I'm a registered "unaffiliated" (previously called independent) so I can't vote in primaries .. so no need to listen to what they say today since the polls will surely alter what they say come next year.

I change volume levels depending on how much excitement I want to create. Lower volume levels for slow dancing so people can talk while they dance. I raise the volume levels for dance music. I think most dj's don't realize how loud the sound is because they are behind the speakers. (GUILTY) I make sure to reduce the 1000 hertz on the mixer because this frequency tires peoples hearing.

I have never been diagnosed with Tinnitus
but I am pretty sure I have it.
Mine is more like white noise than a ring.

For those, how shall I say this, "Mature" individuals, who might be taking low-dose aspirin daily - it's a NSAID and can cause the white noise sound Mike's referring to. With your doctor's approval, try the 81mg of aspirin every other day - it should still be just as effective, and might help your ears. Ibuprofen, for pain relief, can also cause the same problem.

I stopped the aspirin when the doubts about its efficacy emerged. My tinnitus is loud noise induced .. .44 mag loud noise to be specific.
