Please show us what it looks like. I use a hand truck that can lay down with a handle. I had a rock and roller as well and it didn't last but so long.Ordered a magliner today
MagLiners are awesome! I heavily considered a MagLiner - but instead bought a Super Brute (by Brute) from Sams. I replaced the front wheels with heavy duty wheels - been using it since 06ish - absolutely no issues.Ordered a magliner today
Why would you put that sub on a cart? I have that sub. Actually 2 of them. They are super heavy and thus they have wheels to move them around. Never put them on a cart ever. They have hadles on the back . So we just tilt the sub up and let the wheels go to work.I have an original R-N-R. Had a problem early on with air loss from the stem. They sent me 4 airless wheels. I replaced them and not a problem. I've overloaded it on several occasions so much so that it was very difficult for me to push or pull; however, that was at least 10 years ago. I made a platform from plywood and carpet that was the length I needed for my equipment. I had to wheel my Yorkville 18" sub 801P in to the venue because I couldn't lift it to place on the cart.

Not that I ever put the LS801P subwoofer on the cart. I was commenting it was heavy and would only wheel it in to the venue! Why would you put that sub on a cart? I have that sub. Actually 2 of them. My R10 has been great so far. I think I have had it 3 full years now.
It claims to handle up to 500 lbs, but I think the most I have had on it is maybe 260 or so lbs so I certainly don't put anything close to it's claimed limit on there.
^^^^ I could have posted this.[emoji1] I have the same RnR cart, for about the same length of time, and never put more than 200 pounds of gear on it (plus or minus). Never had a problem with mine.
I load mine into the side door of my minivan and it rides cross-ways behind the front seats. I have a ramp, but normally I just lift one end and set it into minivan, then go around the other side and lift and push that end in the rest of the way, so I can’t put so much gear on it that I can’t lift it, unless I use the ramp.[emoji4]

Here is my cart loaded up. I took the picture as I got back to my SUV loading out of the venue. I did a 8 hour...yes 8 hour (too long!) wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday night, and I managed to get everything on the cart for a single trip out! I had my Bose S1Pro in the back pack on my back. That was my ceremony speaker. I also had a 4 foot table that I managed to hold on top of the cart as I pushed it out. The venue installs a temporary ramp over a set of 4 stairs on the side of the building for load in/load out

No Subs on this gig though.
This is about as bogged down as I had it for a single trip this year.
If you look at that fence to the left in the picture. That is a secret service entrance. This venue is next to the White House, and is very expensive to book for the day. I believe the rental fee is over $13,000 for the day, but I could be wrong...View attachment 35618
How do you even lift that sub onto a cart? Trust me you maybe young now but later on you will regret doing all that heavy lifting when you don't have to. Save time my foot. We usually get to a venue way ahead of time so we're not in a mad rush. Explain to me in this case how time is money? Do you get paid more for a super fast load in or is the pay the same? Why would you put that sub on a cart?
If you're like me everything rolls in at one time on multiple carts. Even with our largest Video Dance Party systems a whole van load of equipment can be rolled to the freight elevator or room at one time. This allows a very quick load In & out. I've had subs with those tilt back wheels. It is the most inefficient way remove subs. Even placing them on a Dollies would be more efficient allowing you to stack other equipment on top. I personally push & pull two Roll N Roller carts when working by myself for trip in load ins. Remember time is money.
Do those subs have wheels on them? I ask that question because I had a pair of Yamaha subs that didn't have wheels. I got rid of them some years back. They were great for small rooms and events.I've got a hand truck that converts to a flat bed from harbor freight. I've put both of my JBLs on at once they are 100 to 125 each plus other stuff on top and had no problems Yet
