They're based out of San Diego, Calif; and had a booth in the MBLV expo hall a couple of months ago. Has anyone heard of them, either good or bad? I want to order a couple of lights from them and my gut feeling is to be cautious.

For those that obtain audio clips before an event for insertion into their event, what device do you use to get the audio. Do they come to your studio; do you use a small pocket recorder; do you do it over the phone? Example- getting audio from a bride to use during the father/daughter dance
