If it's Gov't provided, you can bet it won't be hi-speed. Anything you could get would be quicker.

I agree. I'd much rather our government, if they need to get involved at all, to allow as many companies as possible to offer choices to citizens. Competition is what drives innovation up and prices down. Not Government.
