The raised bar. This is going to be interesting, logistically. She reminded me that I'd promised that on these first dates, I'd contract out my DJ job and go with her. I'll have to shift a DJ from a basic to a DJ+lighting job, then secure another guy for his basic. That morning (5/2), either I or my son will need to install lighting at our local country club then head over to Opryland hotel, where we're shooting. I'll need a photobooth tech at our job and I'll probably be the assistant. It blows me away that, so far, she's bypassing having to shoot at crap venues. Opryland hotel is a prem-o venue and will be an incredible addition to the portfolio. I'm also hiring a 2nd shooter on this gig, even though they've only paid for 1. For these first dates I think it's better to not worry about being profitable as much as it is to make certain we exceed expectations of the clients.
