Good luck and congrats! Is he still DJing or getting out of the business?
He's been saying that he's getting out of the business for about 5 years, and his next wedding is in June, haha. He seems to get another event from every event that he does.Good luck and congrats! Is he still DJing or getting out of the business?

Congrats, and welcome!
Welcome Gunjan!Hi everyone,
Gunjan here. I'm from California, and I've been mixing since about 2004 or so and started doing weddings about 9 years ago, as well as music production about 10 years ago. I am a full-time chemical engineer and part-time DJ, except for when my gigs get intense and feel like a full time job. Mostly a solo operation (1 assistant [my dad] on occasion) and do up-lighting and now dabbling in DMX control programming for FX lighting / moving heads now. I play a lot of genres as most of my clients are diverse in ethnicity and musical tastes, primarily Hip-Hop / R&B / Top-40 / Latin / Bollywood / Bhangra music. I have picked up some important posts and resources from this forum in the past few days and figured it's a good idea to join the active community here. My next gig is in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Hope to participate more when I have time, and learn more from all of you. website here for reference: DJ GUNJAN: Professional Sound & Event Production Services - (http://djgunjan.com)
