Strobe light speed?

I've been playing with the new LED strobe I got a few weeks ago. Problem is that I have only done it in my dining room which is about 15' x 15'. I can't seem to find a good speed. I was thinking part of it might be that the room is too small.... what do you think?

In such a small area, compared to a larger venue, you'll get a lot of flashback, so it may be difficult to find one.

Try DMX hook up and use it on the beat of the music. Or set it up for about 10 to 15 flashes per second.
