I can't get Hardware Manager to recognize the box. Have tried downloading a fresh version of the software, and on multiple PCs. Have also disconnected/reconnected to multiple USB ports, still no connection. I did a google search, and found where you'd had the same issue and apparently found a solution. Got any hints?
