Speaker stand table?

It seems no matter where they are, they are still too close, sometimes even by one of the guests towards that back or side. You don't also want to place the speaker to. far away either, for many reasons.

A wide-angle is still going to capture them, no matter how you look at it, but it is sure convenient and easy to setup.

I like that option to run/control the audio further away so I am completely out of pics, and place the speaker wherever I see best. Sometimes I am 5 ft away like the pc below, sometimes, 200ft. I have one of those super long audio/power cable runs from Proco.
I agree and would run either a long cable or wireless to a speaker up front from a position off to the side or in the rear .. just saying it CAN be done if that's the only/best option.

though my set up attaches to a speaker tripod....my tripod is nowhere near the speakers... its my own little homebase anywhere i want to be...with the speakers off on their own... im not a fan of the little table set up....with a tiny mixer and laptop in the middle of it... looks like your selling raffle tickets or something... my set up can be behind a tree... or off in the back corner... and my footprint is smaller than the photographer themselves. loooks so clean...

i wouldnt really be touting your set up as the be all end all of a clean ceremony set up Jas...lol....looks like my pile of bags after setting up that still need to go back to the van...

ya, it was not on a table... on a table, it's as clean as you will ever see, considering it hosts two mics, antennas, wireless transmitter, etc.

You CANNOT fit all that on a tripod speaker stand table.

Below (it's setup on the table).

on this pic, you can only see the speaker. I am 200 ft away.

Beaches are fine (if you like that kind of thing), though probably makes sense to be on a private one, lest you get some kids winging a Frisbee into the group.

in reality, I do believe it’s best not to be in the middle of all the pictures. However, I’m not worried about a photographer taking a wide angle photo and me being in it along with hundreds of other people. Just another person in a suit.

I'm thinking of re-working my ceremony setup (yet again). Currently using a fairly bulky mixer-case, which houses wireless, mixer and has a shelf for my laptop. I'm thinking instead to come up with some kind of shelf that attached to a speaker tripod. Velcro the wireless receiver onto the side of my K10, then have a shelf that is connected to the speaker stand which holds my laptop/tablet and mixer. Anybody know of anything available?

First thing that comes to my mind is...
the case may be bulky...
but you KNOW you have everything you need if you have that ONE case.
Also takes less time to setup and breakdown.
AND less chance of damage.
