I owned everything inside and the city owned the building, weird situation I have explained previously, I had a young gentleman in his early 20’s approach me about buying me out, I welcomed the chance to have someone much younger continue to support the youth of my community

I had wondered whatever came of that. That is very weird that the city owned the building. So what is he proposing to buy from you? Did you ever make anything off it? I'd be curious to hear the story.
This building is owned by the city and can be leased by the “approved” tenant for $1 per year it is part of their parks and recreation Dept, I did as planned with it, I made enough to upgrade sound and lighting set ups, buy 200 new sets of rental skates, hire a few teenagers, and provide the youth of my community a fun a safe place to hang out. I in no way shape or form did this to make money,

Sounds like you profited from it a great deal... maybe not in money, but in so many other ways. If you understood it wasn't about money when you started, and you've brought it this far, that is pretty darn amazing, and very awesome. The world needs more of you. Kudos on doing such a great thing for your community.
