I'm a Canadian old school Computer Scientist that's looking to break into the online edutainment (Education + Entertainment) field in a big way with a free video series titled Making Knowledge Pay You.

Originally, my plan was to sing inspirational pop songs A Capella during the credits of the videos (using the original tracks might have piqued the ire of copyright holders).
It has however occurred to me that a synthesized reproduction of the original tracks would greatly enhance the appeal of all 12 chapters in the online course.

While neither Computer Science nor Mathematics might interest you, the quality of my work can be seen by skimming my Illustrated Guide to the Number Theoretic Transform:

The idea of the course is to provide detailed step-by-step instruction on how a learner can go about creating their own video series to sell their knowledge on YouTube and Thinkific.com.
My instruction will be interactive on Twitter, where I will provide free pointers to learners engaged in the curriculum.

For more in-depth assistance with various aspects of their projects, the learners shall be encouraged to make me an offer.
As an Open (public) Multi-Party Negotiation (as opposed to an auction), I am not obligated to accept the highest offer.
All offers are required to be in even multiples of $100 USD.
Two top 5 lists of offers will be posted on the Making Knowledge Pay You landing page, one for Big Jobs, and the other for Small Jobs.
This "free market" mechanism encourages prospective clients to bid against each other, driving up the price organically.

What I'm looking for is a budding (novice) synthesizer artist capable of reproducing pop songs with flair.
The timings of the reproductions must match those of the original tracks, so my singing is in sync.
While I cannot offer up front monetary compensation, what I offer is potentially much more valuable.
My students will no doubt also want such reproductions.
Whoever partners with me shall be specifically and exclusively endorsed at the beginning of the credits for every video chapter.
Interested customers shall be invited to use the same aforementioned Open Multi-Party Negotiation mechanism, thus maximizing revenues.
I will simply relay said offers to my business partner, who will be responsible for all aspects of this aspect of the business, and will keep 100% of the revenue.

I'm looking for someone that:
- Absolutely must speak English fluently
- Is preferably located in North America
- Preferably utilizes a softsynth

Interested parties may reply here, or reach me via the Contact Form on my website:

Video Editing is an adjacent skill to writing software from scratch, with an added benefit of never having to wonder if your raw material is going to spontaneously go off and do something unexpected. ^^ It's approximately 100x easier. Achieving top tier status in edutainment? Piece of cake. ;)

Just remember that using actual music, whether the original or a recreation, for purposes of making money, requires proper licensing. You may want to investigate royalty free music as an alternative.

The "Fair Use" provision of the DMCA explicitly allows for the use of any media for Education or Parody purposes provided it is made freely available and the source of the original is cited. MKPY will be a *Free* video series, and thus meets all of the criteria. ^^ If a customer chooses to publish a video then the onus (and all liability) is on them to ensure that they are in compliance with the law/licensing etc. This will be explicitly stated within the video series.

Not if it's intended to draw in an audience .. that would be marketing. Fair use is for limited or transformative purposes, mainly to comment on, critique or parody such work .. not as bumper music.

Every single copyright noob in history has cited “Fair Use” in such an erroneous manner, and it is still an inaccurate understanding. Each and every time.

Fortune favors the bold. I refuse to be constrained by the negative thinking of others and their interpretation of "transformative". As the publisher I automatically assume all liability of any video I post. Should someone who wishes to partner with me be extra paranoid, they are free to use a pseudonym. So long as the work gets done and is of high quality, it is of little concern to me. Simply utilize the contact form on my website, and no-one else here need know who you are. People mostly regret the things they never did, as opposed to those things which they have done. If you're bold enough to avail yourself of this opportunity, be sure to let me know.

Being BOLD doesn't supersede being legit. We don't sanction ignorance here ...

Try Fiver.com? My synth is too old to mimic the sounds in current or contemporary songs.

So......

Droongo is a game that has rules that were based on the Druid astronomical tables that were then incorporated into Roman culture, sustaining certain syncretic appearances in Celtic, Angle, Saxon, Jute, and Norman milieu? Thus affecting world history through the colonial and imperialist expansion of the British Empire? Thus ultimately affecting musicians, DJs, composers, synthesists, animators, historians, educators, video producers, Ernie Kovacs fans, social influencers, and those interested in proper interpretation of international copyright law to this very day? I think I get it!!!!

Or something...
