Even their largest should be $399 or less. Nothing they have should be $800 unless the’re stacking two or three together. Magliners are in that same price range and are Aluminum but don’t fold up compactly.

I have had my R10 for at least 7 years now. I purchased it on a Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal from IDJNOW.COM for $184.99 on sale back in either 2014 or 2015...can't remember which year. I see that they now sell it for $259.98. So in 7-8 years, it has had a 40% inflationary price increase.
I also have the Mini R2 cart. I don't really remember what I paid for it, but I bought it in 2019 to replace a worn out Ultimate Stands JC-80 cart. I might have paid $120 for it. That costs $149.98 now.
I love my R10 cart. Still holding up fine. Just some black paint coming off on some blemished areas, and the sticker coming apart after so many uses. The R2 is fine too...just limited, and have to bend down a bit to push it. I use it when space is very tight in my SUV and I can't get the R10 in there, or when I have an event at Top of the Town (only 1 elevator to use), I get both carts of equipment in at once for one trip in and out.

Mine had air filled rear wheels that always lost air, so I bought a pump and kept it in my trunk.
I just ordered a air compressor from Ebay. I decided to buy one to help with putting air back into the hand truck I bought a while ago. That way I don't have to go to the gas station to get air for the tires.
I have a R-n-Roller 12 and still works well for me. A month after purchase the company sent me 4 new wheels (solid). Cut 1/2" plywood and covered it with carpet to length that I use to carry my equipment.
I have a weekly venue for karaoke on Wednesdays and they allow me to keep my gear on site so I do not have to go thru inspection every time I tried to pull my trailer on site. It is kept in the manager's office all nice and secure. But, anyway back to the point. I purchased a brand new rock n roller with the shelf and keep my small rack on it and store the speakers underneath. I roll it out, set up the speakers and ready to go. I am having a skirting made for it so it looks better. It works out very well.
Glad you play in a place that you can leave your gear in. That's how it was for me in the PPL. Never a worry about something coming up missing. If I had 2 nights in a row to play there I would just leave my gear there and when the last night was over, then I would take the gear home in case if a private event came up to do.
