Gees! Took delivery of my Rock-N-Roller Kart last month from NFLX. Took it on one gig and went to use it again two days ago and one of the pneumatic tires is flat. Not Good!
I have one of those emergency air compressors that plug into your cigarette lighter hole. I've used it before to inflate auto tires that were a bit low.
This tire is one of the rear R-N-R 12. It actually has pulled away from the plastic rim so there is no real seal. I attempted to inflate it with the auto compressor. It got hard but wouldn't budge past 20+ lbs of air pressure. Stop, and the tire de-inflates. So, I went to the local gas/food place nearby to the 75 cent Air Compressor. Bigger compressor so I thought that might do the trick. Nope. It looked like it was going to seal and be fine...went flatt as soon as I stopped putting in the air.
Anybody else had a problem like this with their Rock-N-Roller Kart? I believe that somebody had made mention of a solid tire that they had ordered and received for their Kart. Is this a common occurrence with this particular unit w/pneumatic tires?
I noticed that one area of the tire seemed to be "harder" (more solid) than the rest of the tire. You don't suppose the inner tube is twisted inside?
Last resort...will take to the local Tire service center and see if They can fix it. :trisad:
