Ricky's 15 Minutes (or maybe 5 for now)

Just like on the forums... he says the industry is going downhill and the next recession will destroy it... then the very next paragraph is someone sayings it’s better than ever for them and getting 25 inquiries a weeks. Personally I’ve never had a stronger booking season to start a year with. The amount of inquiries I’m working on is incredible for a single op like myself. 2020 is a major shifting point as well... I currently have 40 weddings booked and 10 sweet 16’s... last year I only had 32 weddings total. I’m also working on 3 other weddings for 2020 at the moment and 3 sweet16’s. For 2021 I am working on getting contract about 8or 9 weddings currently as well, with 4 already booked. So hopefully by the end of the month, assuming I lose some, I’ll have 10 weddings for 2021 booked.

Bulles cautions: “Just wait for the next recession to get under way. The event industry is going to see a big decline and DJs will be seriously affected by it. Could be worse than the last recession in 2007 to 2009. Let’s hope that does not start in 2020.”

My bookings are well above average in both number and profit this year is nearly fully booked and next year is well on its way even a couple for 2022 in the books
