QSC KS118 sub - anyone?

If it truly is a 3600w amp, this may require a dedicated circuit. The specs say it's 1 db louder than the KW181 and that the KW181 has been discontinued, so I'm thinking that this is the replacement for the KW181. 1db louder does not equate to 3600w.

FWIW, I think it's the same price point as the ETX 18, but I think the EV goes lower - and the ETX is 1800W. Also in the same price point are the Yamaha DXS18 and the JB L SRX218.
It's made by QSC. So they don't have to make up fantastic claims on the power. Pyle Pro will do that simply because it's Pyle Pro and not QSC. The rating of 3,600 watts is the lowest ohms load.

What the hell are you talking about? Sometime is best to exercise silence when you have no clue what your saying.

3600 watts is a peak output.
I know that's a peak rating sir. They break them down in ohms if you want to lower the ohms to get more power from the speaker.

First off, everyone makes up claims on their power, including QSC. If you honestly believe it's 3600W, then go ahead and plug it in and blast it. If it does not trip a normal 15 / 20A circuit, then it is not 3600W.

You and all your jaw jacking and chin music have no idea of what your talking about. The more that you open your mouth, the more that you prove in the 30 plus years you claim to be in the game, you haven’t even learned the basics.

Just like you have shown in the past, you don’t even know how to hook up your large system.

How are the knobs on the 801’s labeled again? What effect does each one have on the sound?

I call FRAUD

And, you don’t get power from a speaker, you get sound. A speaker handles a specified amount of power.
