Promo Only - Connecting to Server.

To many ads? Support ODJT and see no ads!

I had this issue before. I launch Pool Player for Promo Only, the screen says Connecting to Server and it stalls out with loading 0%. I called support and they get on my computer and fix the issue. Is there a way to fix this on my own? I’m not a computer nerd. Lol Thanks
 
Too many possible paths (Adobe Air, the Pool app, etc.). If it happens again I would ask the support folks to have them send you the resolution steps. Maybe we can reverse engineer the process.

It's been too many years since I had PO so I can't try the downloader.
