I have a client this weekend who has sent me a Spotify playlist. I can pull it up on my computer browser but can't figure out how to print it off. If you use the browser's print dialog, it only prints what's showing on the screen. Does anybody here know how to print it all?

Ha, figured it out (well, google did). Had to copy the playlist to the Spotify desktop app, then top-left corner and Edit>SelectAll, then drag-drop the list into a new google doc. Wow, not that that wasn't a PITA..............

lately ive had a couple clients want to pin these little ten song pinterest playlists... like one was "Want a little country music at your wedding" with like a top ten list... i dont have pinterest so they just screen grab and send... such a pain to re-transcribe...so i kept a folder of the screen grabs... once ive created my rekordbox crates for the event... the only songs i actually have on paper is the special songs... the party folders act as a written playlist for everything else...

On a side note: ive started organizing requests this way...

lets say its the smith wedding...

my folders are...

SMITH CEREMONY
SMITH DINNER
SMITH SPECIAL
SMITH 70 TO 80 BPM
SMITH 90 BPM
SMITH 100 BPM
SMITH 110 BPM
SMITH 120 BPM

So now... im at an event...and dancing has began... and im in the groove.... i jump in 90bpm folder... im playing the wobble... the 90 bpm vibe is going good... i have other crates set up... generic folders ...like say... WEDDING 90BPM... thats every song id ever think of using in the bpm range at any given wedding... if i was choosing... so i jump from THEIR request folder over to the generic one...and can add my own spice for a bit...then jump back to THEIR requests to continue

works quite well...

i not only have generic WEDDING folders...but also generic PARTY folders for things like grad parties...with even more modern stuff peppered in...

Also...generic dinner folders.... DINNER... FAST DINNER...GRAD DINNER...JAZZY DINNER... etc... these have been a godsend... because they are so vastly different but easily compile a safety net in the event the client just says... play some dinner music...anything is fine... i can read the crowd and proceed accordingly... usually mixing and matching amongst the folders...

not sure why i just explained all that... but maybe it might inspire someone new to playlisting

I never thought about creating folders by BMP. ...That is a creative organization concept!

One thing you have to strive not to do is fall into a rut of playing the same songs at the same time in the same set each and every gig.... i revamp and shuffle the order of these folders constantly so that i dont end up ever just going song by song in the same order
