I have seen this around and some multi-ops even make the majority of their monies from selling photography packages along with the DJ.
Typically, what percentage breakdown of the total party budget do you see between the DJ and photographer?

We offer both photo and DJ service. While I won't speak to percentages, it generally works out:

DJ - $1k
Photo - $2k
