Yes, I do it as a standalone event. I use the Extreme Music Bingo software which handles everything including printing the cards. I have to admit it did take time to set everything up correctly and get it correctly running. Then I ran had tests and tweak a few things. Last year was the first year I have the event on the books. The events were very successful but many organizations to bingo a low or no cost event they do themselves. So it’s a tough sell to those that don’t have funds allocated already. This was supposed to be a project my daughter was going to handle when she was still working for me but it required much more expertise to get a Quality marketable event. Presently I have about 35 different games/sheets programmed so each round played is different.

You might be able to get something up on a smaller scale but getting the sheets would be a PIA without s/w. Guests also require a tables .I had a show were they had just seating no tables and then had food. Thankfully they were all college students so they dealt with trying to balance the sheets, the food and drinks.
 
Has anyone had problems with printing music bingo cards (sheets) from Extreme Bingo lately? I had the rented version. I am now using Hitmix Bingo.
