I purchased my EZ-Par 64's 26 months ago and last night turned 2 of them on for a battery test at 5:30 PM. I forgot to check this morning before going to work. Get home this afternoon and check. Both are still on with both still on; but the battery indicator on one just starting flashing. I am pretty impressed. Total up time about 21 hours.

Very impressive! Now do two colors, so mix red and green.
Good Point, the last time I tested mixed colors I only got about 12 hours. I just left them on the last color I used with them. Once they charge back up I will conduct another test with 2 colors.

The battery life on the EZ-pars is very good. The big beef I have is the d$m rock switch that they put on those units. Mine are always getting bumped on when I pack the lights back up. It burns the battery all the way down and it's dead when I roll into the next event. Our first order of business has been to plug in the Ez-Pars first thing upon arrival, then hope they're fully charged by show time. Chauvet really screwed the pooch on that one.

The newer models have the switch recessed. The first 10 I ordered are like you mentioned, then I ordered 2 more and they had the recessed switch. I use the Chauvet bags to pack them and have always been concerned; but, never had an issue.

You might see the same as you'll then have double the amount of led's lit (double the draw).
