For those that don't remember, my fulltime job is with the Federal Government of the United States. With the whole COVID-19 thing I am working at home.

Most of my day is spent in conference calls so that means that I sit, listen, watch screen shares on my 40" monitor, and give input. Most of it is sitting so I am not moving around all that much.

To combat that I purchase an inexpensive stepper and treadmill on Amazon so that I can at least take some of the meetings and move. Even so, I was not getting my 10,000 steps.

I also bowl Duckpins with my wife on Monday and Friday evenings. Even so, I was not getting my 10,000 steps.

So I added these:
1. Fun Oldies Music! | LOW IMPACT EXERCISES for SENIORS and BEGINNERS | Walk at Home
2. LOW IMPACT Walk at Home Exercises for Seniors and Beginners | No talking, just music!
3. 20-Minute Walk at Home Workout | LOW-IMPACT EXERCISES | No talking!
4. Walk at Home | Low Impact Walking Exercise for Seniors | Gentle Moves

My workday goes from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. I am usually up at 5:00 AM and throw on #1 after I get my coffee and fruit. Usually I find time to do #1 and a few #4's.

I also try to drink 64 ounces of water a day.

I hope you find this useful.

I guess it's a good thing that I am now a custodian.
After nearly 40 years of sitting my a** at a desk all day...
I am now getting a real workout every weekday.
Plus, working second shift means I am not eating as poorly as I used to.
I also do a lot of physical work around the house, and walk our two doggo's as lot.

Mike I responded to you new ailments in another post. Didn't know about your increased walking. That is indeed good news! I'm guessing you have dropped some weight. Plus your legs will look more shapely in your kilts!:embarrassed:

@Ausumm ... I didn't say it ..... :)

Last year I topped out around 210.
Last checkup, I was 185.
Of course, that was after a few weeks with stomach problems,
which included 12 straight hours of puking my guts out.
