Two nice jobs came in today.

One includes installing 10 wireless mics and a DA-LITE 159" diagonal (13.25') 16:9 Motorized projection screen.

The second is installing a new digital sound system, speakers and mics plus two HD robotic cameras, a switcher/controller and three flat screen TV's along with the tie-in of an existing TV.

The start of my 47th year is looking good.

WOW... That’s a BIG screen! Not inexpensive either. When I first started DJing, I wanted to project music visualizations on a screen behind me. I got the projector and software, but never could decide on a screen. I needed something that was about 6x9. The Da-Lite 79015 (159) is over 11 feet wide. Carrying a screen that large in the minivan would have been a challenge, plus I would need the truss to hang it on, so WAY too much stuff to load in, set up, and tear down. Very cool, though.[emoji4]

I have a Da-lite fast fold screen that is a breeze to transport and setup. It's 10x7.5'. It's front or rear projection and fits into a wheeled carrying case about the size of a child's wagon. I love it. It's got a 12.5' diagonal.

True story the second last trip I made to Halifax for appointments a guy approached me in a white van trying to sell me one of those screens and a Sony VPL projector said he had it for delivery and couldn't get rid of it it was my lucky day LOL. He wanted $1000 for both when I said no he dropped to $700. I said no I have no money he offered to take me to a bank machine. I figure I would have never been heard from again LOL

But maybe I missed the deal of a lifetime ;)
