Dj Pro Won't open on new Mac.

Hey I just recently purchased a MacBook about a week ago. First time with a Mac and I'm trying to open the program but my Mac won't allow me to. The message say "SERATO DJ PRO UNEXPECTEDLY QUIT". Help me lol

What Version of Serato DJ Pro? Which Version of OS (Operating System) on your Mac?

Threads cleaned up - please post once about an issue.

Has it worked on this system previously? What OS? What version of SDJ? Did you install it? Were there errors when installing? Can you remove and reinstall?

Sorry about the multiple post. When I hit post it kept taking me back to the verification thing. Sorry about that... Also, I'm using the newest version of both. The laptop is brand new and the latest version of Serato DJ Pro.

Taso's correct. If the brand new laptop is on Mac's newest OS "Catalina", you must have Serato DJ PRO version 2.3.0 for it to work PLUS compatible hardware. It is all outlined here -

I'm using MacOS Catalina Version10.15.3 and I've tried the later DJ Serato Pro updates and still get the same message.
