I am honestly excited to be child free for 48 hours!

My Dad is bringing my Mom up there this year. She needs a wheel chair to get around and hasn't been in a Casino in 5 or 6 years. They will check out the expo with us, but for my parents it's an actual vacation from home. They live near Bethany Beach, DE, and never really go anywhere so it's sort of a big thing for them to go out of town on a trip. I'm looking forward to checking out the Borgata.

So you're kid free but your parents aren't? That's not very fair :)

Unfortunately it's not going to work out for me this year. You boys take lots of pics and enjoy

Anybody have an exhibit ticket they aren't gonna use? I'm actually unexpectedly staying in Jersey for the week at my Parents place only about 45 minutes outside of Atlantic City. I have something to do every afternoon but i could actually head into Atlantic City and check out the exhibit hall for a couple hours one or 2 mornings now

Well...It's a long shot, BUT my sister signed up for the expo, BUT she decided not to go.

You could show up tomorrow and tell them you are her, and get the badge! ....Can you wear a wig or something to pose as a lady at check in?

They don't usually ask for IDs, especially by day 3.

Not a lot of specials that I saw .. But some great deals on RCF ... EVOX 8 were around $1350 a piece and the 12s were around $1900.

The QSC passive E series sounded nice and were pretty cheap (relatively),.

Not much new that I was drawn to. Some deals on wireless lights from everyone. Looking at some Echo Cubes, but don't really need them.

No tops that thrilled me .. Still might pop for the RCF 705ASII subs.

Alto Stealth Pro that were announced last show .. Still not out.

The new Pioneer XPRS speakers (I listened to the 12") sounded really good .. On par or better than the QSC KW112. No RCF HD32a to compare them to and it's been a while since I've heard them, but it would be close. Their subs are way too large for mobile work IMO.

Went back in today. The RCF price will be held for the rest of the month according to the Chuck Levin people.

I did buy a couple of O-clamps, some DMX cables and, Ricky will like this, a pair of AA ELS GO8BT speakers. Got them for $160 a piece. Battery powered and BT. I succumbed to the cheap side. [emoji4]

I hope that price is for the newer V2 evox and not because they are trying to clear out the first generation.
