Free Exhibit Only passes have been extended to Oct. 1st for those of you looking to go .. :) I'm still planning on going for at least Wed-Thur .. maybe Tue-Thu if my wife wants to go (though that's looking less likely at this point).

You can get the tickets here:

Damn, I plan to be back east around this time but I will have to keep myself pretty isolated because I'll be around at-risk people for Covid. I hate being so close, yet so far.
We can pitch in and get you one of these ...

One last shot ... If you think you might swing in for the Expo, free passes for the Expo only are only available until tomorrow .. then they supposedly go up to $50.

I'm still planning on going .. probably for the Wednesday-Thursday. Let me know if you're heading over ..

DJ Expo ’20 Cancelled
Expo ’21 News Coming Soon
Due to the overwhelmingly stark realities of the moment – genuine health concerns, state-mandated restrictions on gatherings and travel, etc. – DJ Expo 2020, regretfully, will not take place.
The DJ Times-produced show had been set for November 16-19 at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. Despite the uniquely challenging circumstances, Expo organizers made every effort to present the latest incarnation of the industry’s longest-running exhibition/conference.
In its stead, DJ Expo organizers will present Expo-related online content that show participants – attendees and exhibitors – will find beneficial. Updates to follow.
As for DJ Expo 2021… expect some exciting news to be delivered shortly. Stay tuned.
You are already registered for DJ Expo 2021! We will automatically transfer your current registration to DJ Expo 2021 in August so there is nothing you need to do. If you would like to cancel it or edit the attendees, please feel free to go to Eventbrite and do it yourself or email [email protected] and we will make the necessary changes.
We look forward to bringing you a bigger and better DJ Expo in August, 2021.
Stay Safe and Be Well.

I saw that coming. I wasn’t thinking about going and I been at everyone since the very first Expo. CES, NAB, my college conferences and many others are all going to be virtual.

I figured it would get cancelled. Manufacturers don't have anything of any substance to show case. Room capacity is only at I believe 25% for events in New Jersey, and only up to a certain amount of people...I think 250 if not mistaken. Would need everyone wearing masks. It was going to be a very low turn out if it occurred. It would just be a complete waste of money for the vendors.

2020 SUCKS! ...I do believe the August '21 Expo will be a NORMAL expo, and mask mandates will be in the past by the time the show comes around. ....Question will be if there will be enough DJs still in business and around to make the show worth it! 2021 Economy is going to be $hitty with the after effects/fall out from the shut downs.

Well .. you still have the opportunity to be at every one if you go next year ..

I normally like the hanging out and talking shop for a day or two. But I had zero interest in going this year. Thankfully my gear wasn't in serious need of updates, but I'm just in maintenance mode right now.

I'm replacing 6 uplight batteries to extend their lives a bit further, but other than that... not spending any money on my DJ business.
