I know we’ve discussed this before, but here’s a great example:

I have a handful of yeti products. Coffee mugs, tumblers, 2 coolers. I often hear….”overpriced “ and how people can get something similar at Walmart for much less.

I don’t know how many years ago I bought the yeti hopper 40. It’s been great. But the zipper finally broke…I filled out a form, sent some pics and 15 minutes later got this response:

We're sorry to see that you're having this issue with your Hopper. To get you back into The Wild, we've approved your warranty claim. As a replacement, we are offering the Hopper M30 as the Hopper Two 40 has been retired.
