Actually it’s funny my wife was just saying let’s look at Toms River because it’s SO CHEAP compared to North Jersey. Hoboken is extremely expensive, and only worth it if you commute to the city. As far as Paterson... don’t ever go there.I visited a friend who lived in Hoboken, NJ way back in 2005. I would have no desire to EVER live there. I also got a ride through Patterson, NJ. ...What a $hithole...pardon my french. My friend had his car broken into twice while he was working in Patterson. At the time, my friend told me the crap hole houses with two families living in them in Patterson were going for over $400,000. I thought that was ridiculous back then...I am sure 15 years later it is more ludicrous
Toms River is nice. Also very expensive! You won't ever catch me move north...Mainly because of the weather, but also because there simply is not any place that would make financial sense to move there.
Yea, but, who wants to live in Canada ..
Yes, but having to request it months before you need it is probably tough ..It's cold but I enjoy the free health care

But you'd have to be in Nova Scotia...not worth it, IMnotsoHO.You could possibly get 5 maybe 6 here for a half million.
Free, HA!...only if you do not mind at the sacrifice in quality and of individual freedoms...again, not worth it.It's cold but I enjoy the free health care

The "science" may be shared but the means of delivery is notYou do realize that Medicine is a shared science right?

They say ignorance is bliss...stay happy! What freedoms do you believe you have that I don't?

Very much a falsehood. Elective takes a while necessary or emergency is pretty quick. A good example of that is Cancer from diagnosis to treatment in the US is 29 days in Canada 32. The goal for treatment in the UK (also socialized medicine) is 14 they run in reality at 16 or so.
We don't do well on elective procedures. As an example hip or knee replacement can be 6 months to a year wait time again unless it's an emergency situation then it's almost immediate
Why is the Gov't in the squeeze business and why do you defend, surrender to the belief that they are some how entitled to establish how much of my earned income they want to take?
